Still cleaning Rib edges. 18 Nose Ribs are complete with 10 to go. Then I have to do the same with the 26 main wing ribs. This is taking time but I am willing to do it by the book.
Rounding the sharp corners with a small file. Using my wife's nail files to get at some of the vertical edges. Using my "V" debur tool and then using small bits of 240 grit sandpaper and a lot of thumb pressure to get each scallop shiny and free of any machining marks.
Gonna take a few days but it should be worth it.
The photo shows a fluted nose rib (flat) and a virgin nose rib (bowed).
