Edge Cleaning

Today I spent 5 hours deburring edges, filing sharp corners and doing a lot of sanding to ensure all of the machining marks were removed from all edges. Did not remember that it took so long to debur, file, sand, and scotchbrite all of the parts using the die grinder and scotchbrite wheel mounted in the grinder. Still working on all of the Section 14 parts. Hopefully will be able to prime the mating edges tomorrow. If anyone knows of any faster way to remove the machining marks from the interior edges of a part, let me know. I used sandpaper and a file to remove all of the machining marks. Took a bit of time. Tricks and hints are more then welcome at marty.santic@gmail.com
