Today was a pretty productive day working on the RV-12 wing kit. On page 15-02 of the plans, I attached platenuts to the nose ribs where specified. Then match drilled and riveted the rib doublers to the main wing ribs, match drilled the W-1216 Hinge Bracket Assemblies (4) to the main wing ribs. And then STARTED to assemble the left wing. The main wing ribs were riveted to the spar. Finishing, the left rear spar assembly was riveted to aft end of the main wing ribs. It is, sort of, with a little imagination, starting to look like a wing. Tomorrow, the nose ribs and the left stub spar assembly. Then it will really look like a wing.
