Completed the fiberglass on the right side. It went much better than the left side. Amazing what a bit of experience does.
Purchased the West System metering pumps to ensure the resin to hardener ratio was correct for each batch. Best purchase I have made. 1 Pump of resin and 1 pump of hardener gets you a 5:1 ratio.
The photo shows the first ply on the bench with the template under the 1st layer of plastic. This allowed me to wet out the fiberglass ensuring it did not distort.
Attached the 5 layers of glass and a layer of peel-ply. The center section is next.
